   AWS Summit Paris 2026 — 3 AI agents, 1 Strava, 0 excuses

   Talk at AWS Summit Paris 2026 (April 1st, noon, Developer Community Zone): live demo of a multi-agent AI running staff orchestrated with Kiro CLI — three specialized agents (coach, weather, librarian) analyzing my Strava runs in parallel. Code is open-source, slides too — links in the LinkedIn post.

   To host this kind of thing in the cloud, AWS Strands / AgentCore are better suited than Kiro CLI today (which isn’t designed for cloud runtime yet). Keep an eye on Kiro Autonomous.

   Terraform 1.15-alpha: two features to watch

   Two nice additions in 1.15-alpha:

   • version and source per variable on module blocks — version matrices are about to get way cleaner.
   • deprecated on input/output attributes → a clear signal to module consumers before you break the API.

   If you maintain shared enterprise modules, it’s worth a look now.
